Car Hub supply agreement

1. Quotes & Pricing

• Prices displayed as fixed or range are exclusive of VAT and freight unless explicitly stated.
• Valid quote windows last 7 calendar days. After expiry, Car Hub may issue an updated quote.
• Bulk discounts require written confirmation from the admin team.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment or agreed deposit.
• Payment channels include bank transfer, escrow, and supported gateways shared during checkout conversations.
• Car Hub reserves the right to decline an order if sourcing integrity cannot be guaranteed.

3. Warranty & Returns

• OEM parts follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Proof of installation by a certified technician may be required.
• Return requests must be logged within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by photos/videos detailing the issue.
• Custom-ordered or electrical components may be non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
